Romance Doll là live-action từ nguyên tác cùng tên của tác giả Tanada Yuki, kể về câu chuyện tình yêu trưởng thành, nơi tình yêu thuần khiết, tình yêu và búp bê giao nhau. Kitamura Tetsu và Sonoko là cặp vợ chồng không có tình dục, Tetsu đã yêu Sonoko ngay từ cái nhìn đầu tiên và đi đến kết hôn.
